What it parses
Full URLs are split into protocol, host, port, path, query string and fragment using the
browser's native URL API. A bare query string like ?a=1&b=2 works too.
Repeated parameter names (e.g. tags=a&tags=b) are grouped into JSON arrays, and the
decoded view shows every value after percent-decoding and + handling.
FAQ
What is the difference between + and %20?
In application/x-www-form-urlencoded data (what browsers send from forms), + means space; in generic percent-encoding it is a literal plus. The decoded view treats + as a space in query strings, matching browser behavior.
Is my URL uploaded?
